These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the ta222 platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, crash games, and account services. Please read this document carefully before registering or placing any wager. Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ta222 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These terms apply to all services accessible via the domain ta222.app and any associated subdomains. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use the ta222 platform in any capacity. We recommend saving or printing a copy of this document for your records.
Definitions & Interpretation
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa, and references to one gender include all genders.

| VIP Cashback | The weekly no-wagering-requirement cashback credited to eligible Players under the ta222 six-tier VIP loyalty programme, as described in Section 5 of these terms. |
| Real-Money Funds | Deposits made by the Player using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer, or other accepted payment methods, converted to ta222 Account Balance at the prevailing exchange rate where applicable. |
| Prohibited Territory | Any jurisdiction in which online gambling is unlawful and from which ta222 does not accept registrations, as updated from time to time at our sole discretion. |
| Irregular Play | Any betting pattern, strategy, or activity that ta222 determines at its sole discretion to constitute abuse of promotions, exploitation of software errors, collusion, arbitrage, or any other form of unfair advantage-taking. |
| Force Majeure | Any event beyond ta222's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemic, regulatory action, or infrastructure failure affecting internet or payment services. |
References to "ta222" in these Terms & Conditions refer collectively to the Platform, its operators, affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and successors. References to "BDT" or the ৳ symbol refer to Bangladeshi Taka, the functional currency of the Platform for players based in Bangladesh. All monetary thresholds and limits stated in these terms are denominated in BDT unless otherwise specified.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
18+ Only — No Exceptions: The ta222 platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. Registering, logging in, depositing, placing bets, or claiming any bonus while under 18 years of age is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate permanent account closure with forfeiture of all balances.
To be eligible to register and maintain an active ta222 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age. Date of birth provided at registration must be accurate and verifiable. ta222 reserves the right to request government-issued identity documents confirming your age at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the point of withdrawal.
- You are acting as a private individual in your personal capacity, not as a representative of any business, syndicate, or professional gambling operation.
- You are not a resident of a Prohibited Territory. It is your personal responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. ta222 does not provide legal advice and accepts no liability for your reliance on the Platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.
- You are not an employee, contractor, consultant, director, or close family member of ta222 or any affiliated entity, game provider, or payment partner with whom ta222 has a commercial relationship.
- You do not already hold another active or suspended ta222 account. ta222 operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances subject to review.
- You are registering voluntarily and of your own free will, and you are not under self-exclusion, cooling-off, or any other access restriction imposed by ta222 or any responsible gambling organisation.
- You are of sound mind and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
ta222 employs automated and manual age verification processes. Where age or identity cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction, access to deposit, withdrawal, and betting functions will be suspended pending document submission. ta222 may, at its absolute discretion, decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for doing so.
Age Verification at Withdrawal
ta222 routinely requests identity and age verification before processing withdrawal requests above ৳5,000. Documents accepted include National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Withdrawal processing is paused until verification is complete and confirmed by our compliance team.
Parental Responsibility Notice
If you share a device with minors, ta222 strongly recommends activating browser-level parental controls and ensuring your ta222 account remains logged out when the device is not in your personal possession. Contact support immediately if you suspect underage access to your account.
Account Registration & Security
Each Player may hold exactly one ta222 account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. ta222 will use this information to verify your identity and to communicate with you regarding your account, transactions, and promotional eligibility. Providing false information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ta222 login credentials, including your username and password. ta222 will never contact you by phone, email, or live chat to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from ta222 that asks for your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to our support team immediately via live chat.
- All information provided at registration and during the account lifecycle must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date. Notify ta222 promptly if any registered details change.
- Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your account.
- You are liable for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not carried out by you personally, unless you have notified ta222 of unauthorised access and ta222 has confirmed the account to be suspended pending investigation.
- ta222 recommends using a strong, unique password for your ta222 account — one not used for any other online service. Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available is strongly encouraged.
- ta222 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) checks on any account at any time. This may involve requesting additional documentation such as proof of address, source of funds declarations, or payment method verification screenshots.
- Where ta222 determines that a Player has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information, the account may be suspended immediately and all pending withdrawals held pending investigation. Confirmed fraudulent registrations will result in permanent closure and forfeiture of balance.
One Account Policy: If ta222 detects that a single individual holds more than one account — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — ta222 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending a full investigation. Players who believe they have inadvertently created a duplicate account should contact support immediately to resolve the matter before placing any further wager.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
ta222 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals by players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer via City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific methods may change from time to time. Current available methods are displayed in the cashier section of your logged-in account.
Deposit Rules
Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP tier, and are displayed in the cashier. Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account review. Deposits are credited to your account balance within seconds for mobile wallet methods and within 30 minutes for bank transfers under normal operating conditions.
Withdrawal Rules
Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per request. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Standard withdrawal processing time is 20–30 minutes for mobile wallet methods. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours. Identity verification may be required before any withdrawal is approved. ta222 reserves the right to apply additional security checks to withdrawal requests that exceed ৳50,000.
- All deposits and withdrawals must be conducted using payment accounts registered in your own name that match the name on your ta222 account. ta222 will reject transactions from third-party accounts and may suspend the Player account pending investigation.
- ta222 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. ta222 accepts no liability for fees levied by payment service providers.
- Winnings are derived from real-money balance only. Bonus funds follow separate withdrawal rules as described in Section 5.
- In the event of a payment processing error that results in an accidental over-credit to your account, you must notify ta222 support immediately. Wagering funds credited in error remains the property of ta222 and must not be used. Any winnings derived from erroneous credits may be voided.
- ta222 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where fraud, money laundering, or Terms & Conditions violations are suspected. In such cases, ta222 will notify the Player and may request supporting documentation before releasing funds.
- All transactions on the Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Where a player's payment method operates in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Cashback
ta222 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, seasonal promotions tied to cricket events such as the BPL and T20 World Cup, and the ongoing six-tier VIP loyalty cashback programme. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general terms in this section as well as any specific terms communicated at the point of offer. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and specific offer terms, the specific offer terms prevail.
VIP Cashback — No Wagering Requirement: ta222's weekly VIP cashback is credited every Monday and carries zero wagering requirement. Cashback credited to your account is immediately available for withdrawal or further play with no conditions attached. This applies at all tiers from Bronze through to Diamond. Black Diamond cashback terms are individually negotiated.
- Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balance. Real-money funds are used and withdrawn first; bonus funds are used thereafter unless ta222 specifies otherwise in the relevant offer terms.
- Standard bonus offers carry wagering requirements specified in the individual promotion terms. Where no wagering requirement is stated, a default of 20x the bonus amount applies before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
- Bonuses are limited to one per player, per promotion period, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — constitutes Irregular Play.
- ta222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus before its modification retain the terms applicable at the time of their claim.
- VIP tier status is calculated on a rolling 30-day wagering volume basis. Tier upgrades and downgrades take effect at the start of the next weekly cycle following the qualifying assessment period.
- Cashback is calculated on net losses (total wagers minus total winnings) during the relevant seven-day period. Wagers placed with bonus funds do not count toward cashback calculations. Only real-money wagers are eligible.
- ta222 reserves the right to exclude specific games or product categories from cashback and bonus contribution calculations. Excluded games are identified in the cashier or promotions section of your logged-in account.
- ta222 reserves the right to void bonus offers and associated winnings where the Platform determines, at its sole and reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in Irregular Play in connection with any promotional offer.
Six VIP Tiers
Bronze (3%), Silver (5%), Gold (7%), Platinum (9%), Diamond (13%), and Black Diamond (bespoke). Every tier delivers Monday cashback with zero wagering conditions on real-money net losses.
Cricket Season Promotions
Dedicated promotional events are run during BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC fixtures involving the Bangladesh Tigers. Specific offer terms are published on the promotions page prior to each event window.
Seasonal & Festival Offers
ta222 runs seasonal promotions during Pohela Boishakh, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, and Victory Day periods. All seasonal offers are subject to individual terms communicated at the time of the promotion.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports markets via ta222 are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules published within the sportsbook interface. Casino games, slots, and crash-format games are governed by the individual game rules provided by the respective certified game providers.
- All bets are final once confirmed. ta222 does not accept requests to cancel, void, or amend a bet once the transaction has been processed and a bet reference number issued, except where explicitly permitted under applicable event void rules.
- Minimum bet across sportsbook markets is ৳20 per selection. Minimum casino game stake is determined by individual game provider rules and is displayed within the game interface before play begins.
- In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or platform outage during an active game or betting session, ta222 will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server-side logs. Bets that cannot be verified from server records will be treated as void and the corresponding stake refunded to your account balance.
- Odds displayed in the sportsbook are the definitive odds for any given bet. In the event that an incorrect price is published due to a human or technical error, ta222 reserves the right to void bets placed at the manifestly incorrect price. Players will be notified and stakes refunded in such cases.
- Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an active event at ta222's discretion, for example following a wicket, red card, injury, or significant match incident. Bets accepted before suspension are settled at the confirmed odds at the time of bet acceptance.
- ta222 reserves the right to impose account-level maximum winnings limits, maximum payout caps per event, or maximum single-bet limits at its discretion, particularly for high-value accumulators or unusual betting patterns. Players will be notified where applicable limits affect their bet placement.
- Casino games sourced from certified providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others are governed by those providers' independently audited RNG and live-dealer rules. ta222 accepts no liability for provider-side technical issues but will liaise with the relevant provider on behalf of affected Players.
Match Fixing & Integrity Policy: ta222 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward match fixing, spot fixing, and any attempt to exploit insider knowledge in sports betting markets. Where ta222 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a bet has been placed on the basis of corrupt or non-public information, the bet will be immediately suspended pending investigation. ta222 cooperates with sports integrity organisations and reserves the right to void confirmed integrity-violation bets and refer the matter to relevant authorities.
Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ta222 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence.
- Fraud and Identity Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using stolen identity documents, impersonating another person, or registering on behalf of an ineligible individual.
- Money Laundering: Using the ta222 Platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. ta222 is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious activity to appropriate authorities.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards, coordinate betting patterns, or otherwise distort the fairness of any game or market.
- Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, or systematically converting bonus funds using low-risk hedging strategies.
- Arbitrage and Matched Betting: Placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts or platforms in a manner designed to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome, with the primary purpose of extracting promotional value rather than genuine recreational engagement.
- Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, browser extensions, or any automated mechanism to interact with the ta222 Platform, place bets, or claim promotions without genuine human engagement.
- Hacking and Exploit Abuse: Attempting to probe, exploit, or circumvent the security architecture of the ta222 Platform, or deliberately exploiting software bugs or pricing errors for financial gain.
- Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks or reversal requests after funds have been deposited and wagered. Chargeback abuse results in immediate account closure and debt recovery proceedings for any amounts successfully reversed.
- Harassment: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language or behaviour toward ta222 support staff or other members of the community via any communication channel.
ta222 uses automated monitoring systems and human review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where suspicious patterns are identified, accounts may be flagged, restricted, or suspended pending investigation. ta222 is not required to disclose the specific grounds for an investigation while it is ongoing.
Account Suspension & Closure
Either the Player or ta222 may initiate the closure of a ta222 account. The process and consequences of closure differ depending on whether closure is Player-initiated or ta222-initiated, and whether the closure follows a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Player-Initiated Closure: If you wish to close your ta222 account for any reason, including for responsible gaming purposes, contact our 24/7 live chat support team. Before closure is processed, any outstanding real-money balance will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method, subject to standard verification requirements. Responsible gaming self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon verification of identity, and access to the account is disabled within one hour of the confirmed request.
ta222-Initiated Suspension: ta222 may suspend or restrict an account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, regulatory risk, or identity concerns. During suspension, deposits and withdrawals are frozen pending investigation. ta222 will aim to resolve active investigations and communicate outcomes to the Player within 14 calendar days of initiating a suspension.
ta222-Initiated Permanent Closure: Where an investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms & Conditions — including but not limited to fraud, identity misrepresentation, money laundering, or serious bonus abuse — ta222 reserves the right to permanently close the account and forfeit the account balance in whole or in part. The Player will be notified of the decision. ta222's decision in confirmed breach cases is final.
- Self-exclusion and cooling-off requests are actioned within one hour of identity confirmation and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period.
- Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to register a new account during the exclusion period. Any account registered in breach of an active self-exclusion will be closed immediately and all associated balances forfeited.
- Upon voluntary closure without breach, any remaining real-money balance is returned to the Player in full. Unused bonus balance is forfeited at the time of closure.
- ta222 retains account data for a minimum of five years following closure in accordance with applicable data retention obligations. For more information on data retention, please refer to our Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy.
Self-Exclusion — Immediate Protection
Players who feel that gambling is affecting their wellbeing can request immediate self-exclusion via live chat at any time. ta222 will disable account access within one hour and cease all marketing communication for the duration of the exclusion. Options range from 30 days to permanent exclusion.
Disputes & Complaints
If you disagree with a ta222 decision regarding your account, bet settlement, or withdrawal, contact support via live chat in the first instance. Unresolved complaints may be escalated in writing to [email protected]. ta222 will respond to formal written complaints within 10 business days of receipt.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ta222 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on record or via an in-account notification at least seven days prior to the effective date. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
